Former Adult Star Mia Khalifa Auctions Her Iconic Glasses To Help Beirut Blast Victims

Mia Khalifa, who once reigned the adult industry has retired only three months ago but has a high fan base with over 21 million followers on Instagram. The sultry siren has decided to auction a pair of iconic glasses which is linked to her past. She captioned the item on Ebay ”The Infamous Mia Khalifa glasses – auction. 100% of proceeds will benefit Lebanese Red Cross and their tireless efforts in Beirut.”

She further added that she is putting the link in her bio for few hours then changing it back to Beirut relief resources landing page. After that she would have it in pinned memory for ready access.

The sizzling beauty also shared a series of Instagram stories to push the bidding and further wrote – ”Swipe up, bid and raise some money because the government doesn’t care”. She even boosted the bidding request saying , ”Imagine if there is a Gaucci glasses by your fireplace and that would be a nice story to tell your guests.”

She had also urged her fans and followers to donate to blood banks and shared notices of missing people or apartments who have been devastated by the blast. She had also shared the video of her church where she was baptized in Beirut. Mia was born in Beirut, Lebanon before she and her family moved to US. She had shared a photograph of Virgin Mary in Harissa above the city and she wrote that nobody has slept but it was morning in Lebanon.

She was also critical of the government and urged people to do every bit of help to the people of Beirut who have been devastated in the blast. At least 220 people are believed dead and thousands injured and many more left homeless after a huge explosion rocked the city of Beirut, Lebanon on 4th of August.

The blast which occurred in the port of the city of Beirut with tones of ammonium nitrate and TNT stored in the port. At least 220+ deaths are reported with over 7,000 people injured with over thousands of people homeless. The property loss is estimated with over billions of dollars.
