Indusfood 2025: A Game-Changer For The Global Food And Agritech Industries

The Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, Shri Chirag Paswan, is all set to inaugurate the 8th edition of Indusfood 2025. This premier trade exhibition is going to take place at India Exposition Mart Ltd, Greater Noida, on January 8, 2025. Indusfood, organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), is Asia’s leading annual food and beverage (F&B) trade fair. With support from the Department of Commerce, Government of India, the event will mark a significant milestone by becoming an integrated farm-to-fork trade show.

Indusfood 2025 is set to be the largest edition yet, with over 2,300 exhibitors from more than 30 countries. The exhibition space spans over 120,000 square meters. The event expects significant turnout with 7,500 international buyers and 15,000 Indian buyers and trade visitors attending.

Expanding The Horizon 

This year, Indusfood 2025 will feature not just the F&B trade fair but also two other key events:

  1. Indusfood Manufacturing: Covering food processing technology, packaging technology, ingredients, and hospitality technology.
  2. Indusfood Agritech: Focusing on agricultural technology, fisheries technology, and dairy & poultry farming technology.

Indusfood Manufacturing and Indusfood Agritech will be held from January 9-11, 2025, at Yashobhoomi Dwarka, New Delhi. These two concurrent events aim to enhance cross-domain synergies across the entire farm-to-fork value chain.

Building Connections Across Industries

Indusfood 2025 provides an exceptional platform for businesses to network and expand. The event facilitates business growth and market insights through knowledge-sharing sessions. Participants can explore innovative solutions and create strategic partnerships.

A key highlight of this year’s edition is the participation of 35 international chefs and 100 Indian delegates. It will also attract professionals from the Delhi NCR region. Asia President’s Forum 

Indusfood 2025 will host the prestigious Asia President’s Forum for the first time in India. In partnership with the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA), the forum will bring together over 30 national chef association presidents from across Asia. This is a significant milestone in India’s culinary scene.

Mega Summits On Food Manufacturing And Agritech

Two major summits will take place on the sidelines of the event, focusing on food manufacturing and agritech. These summits will provide attendees with critical insights and discussions on the future of the food industry and agricultural technologies.
