In a Geetanjali Khanna, the mother of Akshaye Khanna and wife of late Bollywood actor Vinod Khanna has passed away. Geetanjali was the first wife of late Vinod Khanna who was 70 years of age at the time of her death. According to reports in a leading daily, the reason for her demise has not been ascertained by anyone yet. However, it has been reported that Geetanjali complained about having felt uneasy before her death. She was taken to the Alibaug Civil Hospital yesterday night, ie on December 15, however, was declared brought dead by the doctors.
Reports say that the hospital was quite far from the house at Mandwa she was staying in with Akshaye. As per reports in Indian Express, sources said that Geetanjali and Akshaye came to the farmhouse in Mandwa at around 11:00 AM on December 15 and in the afternoon Akshay’s mother started complaining about feeling uneasy. After she complained, she was then taken to a local doctor, who then asked her to take some medicines.
