World Nature Conversation Day: Things we all can do to protect and conserve nature.

Observed on July 28 each year, the World Nature Conservation Day justifies that a healthy environment is the base for a stable and healthy society. To ensure the well-being of the present and to sustain the future, we need to be responsible human beings and actively participate in protecting and conserving nature.

Dangers like deforestation and illegal wildlife trade is on the hike, nature conservation is becoming the top most priority for all the countries and governments alike.

Planet Earth is having limited resources available to us like water, trees, soil, etc. In this context, World Nature Conservation Day is celebrated and aims to spread awareness about the best practices to protect our natural resources.

Let’s have a look to the practice we can do at home with a view to conserve the nature:
Avoid wastage of food, water, and items of regular use.
Save energy by turning off the lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use.
Avoid wasting water and close the tap after brushing or washing hands.
Rainwater harvesting during the monsoon season.

Every drop counts and many neighbourhoods realise the importance of water only at the peak of summer when we face water scarcity. Let’s take a pledge together, and step ahead to secure and preserve our nature. We need to do practice sustainable conservation for our future generation.
