Coinciding with this exciting development, Doordarshan, India’s public broadcaster is set to re-air the original Fauji series starting today, rekindling nostalgia for viewers across the country.
As Fauji gets re-telecasted and fans are gearing up for a wave of nostalgia and excitement. All the 13 episodes of the megastar are going to be aired, as filmmaker Sandeep Singh joined hands with national broadcaster Doordarshan to revive the classic series. The episodes will be broadcast every Monday to Thursday on DD National. Fans can once again rejoice Shah Rukh’s performance on-screen with a complete delightment. .
Fauji, was aired over three decades ago, it successfully captivated audiences with its gripping narrative. Fauji 2, is backed by, creatively directed, and conceptualized by Sandeep Singh. It is co-produced by Vicky Jain and Zafar Mehdi, with Sameer Hallim as the Creative Head. Whereas, title track is penned by Shreyas Puranik, sung by renowned singer Sonu Nigam. Fauji 2 is story by Vishal Chaturvedi and the screenplay is written by Amarnath Jha. Fauji 2 also marks the debut of film director Abhinav Pareek. Pareek has previously directed Sab Moh Maaya Hai and A Wedding Story. The show will air on Doordarshan and will be broadcasted in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Punjabi, and Bengali.
