1. Tricolor Stuffed Paratha

Use spinach for the green stuffing, boiled carrots or pumpkin for the orange layer, and mashed potatoes or paneer for the white layer. Simply layer the different fillings and roll them into parathas for a satisfying and healthy meal.

2. Tricolor Salad

Indian salads can be a refreshing and colorful addition to any meal. To create a tricolor salad, use chopped cucumbers (white), tomatoes or carrots (orange), and lettuce or spinach (green).
