In his hour-long talk without a microphone, he touched on a number of topics, ranted against abortion, spoke of pornography, argued policy with attendees and did break down talking about his mother.

West had missed the deadline to his presidential bid falling short to qualify for the ballot in several states. He managed to qualify at the last moment with meeting requirements before qualifying to the Oklahoma presidential ballot before filing the deadline.
