Italian journalist and author Fabio Marchese Ragona claims in his book 'My Name Is Satan' that Pope Pius XII performed exorcism on Adolf Hitler to free him from the clutches of the devil as he was possessed.

New book claims Pope Pius XII performed exorcism on Adolf Hitler from afar as he was possessed by the demon.

If evil and demagoguery had a face, it has to be Adolf Hitler no doubt. A ruthless dictator responsible for the genocide of close to 6 million Jews during the infamous Holocaust, throwing people into gas chambers to their death. The Nazi dictator remained unchallenged in Germany creating the Third Reich and writing the Mein Kampf. He and his stooges caused havoc around Europe and the North Atlantic.

Several people believe that Adolf Hitler was possessed by the devil and an Italian journalist Fabio Marchese Ragona in his new book ‘My Name Is Satan – Stories of Exorcisms From the Vatican to Medjugorje’, claims Pope Pius XII performed exorcism on the ruthless dictator from afar to free him from the clutches of evil.

According to Ragon, Eugenio Pacelli, who later became Pope Pius XII, who was considered by many as anti-Semitic and a Nazi sympathizer, but had actually performed exorcisms on the cruel leader “from a distance”.

In an interview with Edward Pentin for the National Catholic Register, Ragona, touts Pope Pius XII’s nephew’s startling revelation he made in 1958, stating that a day before the Italian general election, the Pope carried out exorcisms to prevent the demon from further ravaging Germany and the world by the hands of Adolf Hitler.

“The Holy Father also performed exorcisms on the Führer in his private chapel in the presence of the nuns,” said Ragona, in the interview, according to Patheos.

The Devil Also Hates Pope Benedict XVI, Claims Ragona

Pope Benedict XVI also known as Joseph Ratzinger.

Fabio Marchese Ragona in his book also claims that the devil was about to spread its evil wings around the world during the early 2000s in the form of wars and famine but could not succeed due to Pope Benedict XVI (born Joseph Ratzinger), who is the predecessor of Pope Francis. Ragona said the devil “hates” him, “due to his great charity, his way of living the liturgy, his respect for the rules, his rigor.”

When questioned on how does he know about it, Ragona said he heard of an exorcism performed by late Ivan Dias, a cardinal from India, in St. Peter’s Square in 2012 inside the Swiss guardhouse. He said, “That day the devil had revealed himself during a Mass celebrated in the square by Benedict XVI.”

When asked if he knows what was the Pope’s response when the devil revealed himself during the Mass, Ragona said the Pope “Greatly annoyed the devil” and claimed “during exorcisms” the devil “often spoke badly of Joseph Ratzinger.”
