Horrified onlookers found the woman singing a lullaby to a bag only to learn a week old newborn baby wrapped and tucked inside and is in serious medical condition.
In a disturbing video, a woman is seen carrying a newborn baby in a plastic bag. The incident is reported from Kiev, Ukrane where horrified passers stopped her after hearing the sound of baby crying from the plastic bag.
A passerby who stopped the woman told the media that he heard the woman singing a lullaby to the bag and he was surprised by her actions. The man stopped her and asked her if he could look into the bag and the woman aggressively retorted saying ‘No’ and hurried away. The man reported the woman to the police. Horrified onlookers stopped the woman, 29, who told them that she was out for a walk carrying the baby.
The other petrified onlookers could see that the baby was overdressed and in winter clothes and also raised concerns that the baby could be suffocating inside the bag. The baby could be suffocating despite the local weather being 30C, according to the local weather reports.

The cops arrived and asked the woman to show the bag and to their surprise, they could see a week old baby wrapped in winter jacket and was in serious condition. The baby was rushed to the hospital after the cops called an ambulance. According to the local media, the newborn is in serious medical condition and is undergoing constant medical care in the hospital.
The aggressive woman, who is a mother of 6 children, explained herself to the cops in defense and said that she “carried the baby in the bag because she didn’t have a pram”. She also told the police that she moved from the city of Odessa to Kjiv to look out for a job. The woman is charged and faces a fine of not filling parental duties according to the local police.
