Is it revenge? or Injustice against girls? It can be any corner of the world, it is mostly girls who are either deprived of or suffer from domestic violence. Numerous cases are increasing day by day which tells the tale of injustice with girls. This happened with the Chinese Vlogger Ram when she was recording her live stream on September 14. Her ex-husband allegedly attacked and set her on fire and later she was admitted to hospital, she remained in a coma due to agony and finally failed to survive for her life.

Her ex-husband Tang (local media name) attacked by dousing petrol on her and set alight on camera by an intruder who broke into her home during a live stream, which left Ram with burns on 90 per cent of her body. It is claimed that her husband did this sadistic act as he was seeking revenge from her for giving her divorce. But, reports from the sources said,” Tang, the alleged attacker was reportedly armed with a meat cleaver when he allegedly broke into the home”.

Lamu ( Tik Tok name of Ram) 30, from China’s Sichuan province, was known for her happy posts on rural life and was praised for not using make-up in her videos, which had millions of likes. She has thousands of followers on Tik Tok and has gained popularity in a short time. However, after suffering hypovolemic shock, severe dehydration, multiple organ dysfunction syndromes and horrific burns all over her body, Ram passed away yesterday at a hospital in Chengdu.

The case has prompted conversation on social media about violence against women in China. The suspect was reportedly detained by police following the horrifying attack. The investigation is ongoing.
