Key Details Of The Recruitment Drive

Educational Qualifications

The ITBP has released an official notification detailing the recruitment process for the year 2024. Candidates must keep in mind that educational qualifications depend on the type of the post that they are applying for.

1. Candidates applying for constable Telecommunication posts, they are required to pass class 10^th from a recognized board.
2. Whereas candidates filling the form for Head Constable Telecommunication posts must pass 12th with minimum 45% marks in the PCM stream.
3. Apart from this, candidates filling the form for SI Telecommunication posts, candidate should pass their Bachelor’s degree in Science or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application or BE in related field etc.

Age Limit

1. Candidates applying for Sub-Inspector (SI) posts should be between 20 to 25 years.
2. Candidates applying for Head Constable Posts should be between 18 to 25 years.
3. Candidates applying for Constable Posts should be between 18 to 23 years.
