Taylor Swift's new music album released

Folklore: Taylor Swift, the pop music sensation’s latest music album titled Folklore is now out. The diva yesterday made an announcement that her new album will get released on July 23 midnight. She also took local fans by surprise when she revealed that two regional musicians contributed to her album, Justin “Bon Iver” Vernon and St. Paul jazz drummer JT Bates. Taylor Swift on her official Instagram handle wrote, “Most of the things that I had planned did not happen this summer, but something happened that I had not planned.”

Taylor wrote and recorded the album, “Folklore” in all secrecy over the past four months, “I have instilled all my whims, fears, dreams, and musing into it. I went into isolation to record this music album but got to tie-up with some music heroes of mine.” In the month of August 2019, Taylor released her seventh album “Lover” and in January issued to the Netflix documentary “Miss Americana.”

The Popstars had planned to spend the summer playing six stadium concerts in Massachusetts, California, and Brazil and she was also to perform in 10 European festivals. Due to Covid-19 breakdown, all the festivals were cancelled and pushed her back to perform solo shows to next summer.

She first approached Aaron Dessner of the New York indie rock band the national in the month of April and asked Dessner if he would be interested in collaborating through the internet. “I had no expectations as far as what we could accomplish remotely, initially I thought it would take some time for song ideas to come,” Aaron wrote on social media. “After Taylor shared a voice memo my phone lit up by a fully written song by her, the momentum never really stopped. It’s really hard to believe this happened I have been rarely so inspired by someone.”

Aaron helped Swift in getting in contact with Justin Vernon with whom Aaron partnered on the Eaux Claires festival which took place for four summers in Vernon’s hometown of Eau Claire. The song “Exile” is written by Vernon and Swift, which featured vocals from Vernon. JT Bates is a bountiful drummer who has performed and recorded with a long list of acts including the National, Andrew Bird, Pieta Brown, Bruce Hornsby, Trampled by Turtles, and Bon Iver.

Taylor wrote the rest of the album with her incessant collaborator Jack Antonoff and William Bower, an unknown musician who probably uses Pseudonym. Swift’s album “Folklore” is digitally available and on vinyl, CD and Cassettes. she is also selling a limited edition version of the album with eight different covers on vinyl and CD for one week through her website taylorswift.com.
