Mirzapur 2: One of the best web series on the OTT Platform might get released this year. It has a huge fan following and viewers are desperately waiting for its next season to come. The makers of the show have announced releasing Mirzapur Season 2 on 25 December 2020.
However, few recent reports hint that the show will air any time in August 2020 instead of December 25, 2020. According to reports, Mirzapur season two is under its final stages of completion. Due to the ongoing pandemic situation, everything has got delayed. The shooting of several Bollywood projects are on hold for the time being, however, it has been learned that Mirzapur actor Ali Fazal dubbed his part of the series from his home. Actor Diveyendu and Shweta Tripathi also dubbed for their web series recently.
Mirzapur is created by Karan Anshuman and Puneet Krishna and Vineet Krishna and bankrolled by Excel movies. Season one of Mirzapur was critically and commercially acclaimed, and actress Rasika Duggal won an award in the category of best actress in 2019 for her outstanding work at the Indian Television Academy Awards 2019. The audience showered extreme love and support to Mirzapur season one and fans have high expectations from its season two.
