Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap claims that Parineeti Chopra refused to work with Sushant Singh Rajput in the movie Hasee toh phasee.
The demise of the Chhichhore actor, Sushant Singh Rajput, has sparked many theories and conspiracies relating to Sushant. Recently, the very renowned filmmaker, Anurag Kashyap revealed the very shocking news. Anurag Kashyap is one of the filmmakers in Bollywood who often shares his views on several issues. Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case continues to be the headline for over three months now.
Recently, the filmmaker makes some new revelations about the late actor’s journey in Bollywood. In his latest interview with journalist, Faye D’Souza, Anurag revealed how Sushant had suffered several times. He revealed that Parineeti Chopra refused to work with Sushant Singh Rajput in Hasee Toh Phasee since she didn’t want to work with a television actor.
Anurag informed that Sushant was supposed to do the film (Hasee Toh Phasee) and we had to find an actress and the filmmaker reached out to Parineeti Chopra and after knowing about her to be co-star she denied and said that she don’t want to work with a television actor.

Then Anurag explained to her that who Sushant Singh is, he is doing Kai Po Che, he is doing PK and by the time Hasee Toh Phasee comes out, he will not just be a television actor. And she was doing a film called Shuddh Desi Romance and she must have gone and spoken to YRF, they called him and said ‘Why don’t you come and do Shuddh Desi Romance and not do that film?
Anurag Kashyap explained that Sushant was known for ghosting and never returned. It was apparently the second time that Sushant ghosted up on Anurag in 2016 also. He further added that film industry never knew what the actor was going through. Whoever met with him, always appreciated him for his behaviour, but he was habitual of ghosting.
He confirmed that Sushant wanted to work with big banners. In this context, filmmaker Anurag shared WhatsApp chats on his offical Twitter handle where the actor’s manager denied that Sushant won’t work with him. With which, Anurag was pissed off with the actor and vowed not to work with Sushant further. Reportedly the chats are from three weeks before Sushant passed away.
