Paris Hilton's upcoming YouTube documentary 'This is Paris' will reveal a new side of the TV personality.

Paris Hilton: The heiress of Hilton Hotels and TV personality has opened up about her childhood trauma in “This is Paris” a YouTube Originals Documentary. The upcoming documentary premiers September 14 on Paris Hilton’s YouTube channel which will explore the life of the star and reveal a different side to her.
Hilton shared about her experience of filming the documentary with American talk show The Talk in March. She said, “I became so close with the director, and she really asked me so many questions, I started thinking about my past and what I’ve been through and realised just how much it’s affected my life and how I was holding on to so much trauma for so long.”
She also said “I think when people see this film, they’re really going to see a different side to me than they’ve ever seen before. Because I honestly didn’t even know who I was up until this year. I really learned a lot about myself through this film.”

The documentary reveals untold story of Hilton’s traumatic past. She said that she has never talked about it to anyone. It’s very personal and she is not comfortable talking about it. “No one really knows who I am. Something happened in my childhood that I’ve never talked about with anyone. I still have nightmares about it.” She told The Talk.
The actress tells that all she had done on screen till now had just been an act. She’s simply been playing a character thus far in shows such as The World According To Paris and The Simple Life and holy hell, and through the documentary This is Paris she wants to show her fans the real side to her character, including her past trauma.
The documentary description reads: “This Is Paris uncovers the hidden past of the international icon. As Paris confronts the heartbreaking trauma that forged who she is today, this deeply compelling portrait tells the real story of a teenage girl desperate to escape into a fantasy and sheds new light on the insta-fame culture that Paris helped to create.”
Hilton’s sister, Nicky Rothschild Hilton, and their mother, Kathy Hilton, will also be part of the documentary. OnePlus phones.
