Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has taken a new turn after Sushant’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and her family for cheating, exploiting and instigate to suicide. The ‘rumoured’ girlfriend Sushant, Rhea met her lawyers last night and is likely to apply for anticipatory bail today.
She will be filing for anticipatory bail today after discussing the case with her advocate Satish Manshinde. It has been reported that the actress’s lawyers are ready with the drafts and documents also have been signed by Rhea last night. Rhea with her lawyer may move to sessions court today.
Actor’s father lodged the FIR in Patna’s Rajiv Nagar police station under IPC Sections 341, 342, 380, 406, 420 and 306. A team of four-member police has been set up to look after the case.
On the other hand, Bihar police interrogated a few people closely linked with Sushant. When the cops reached Rhea’s residence to question her, she was not at home, and couldn’t be contacted on phone.

To interrogate Rhea further, Bihar police will most likely issue a notice soon. It is reported that the police department is finding the person on whose name, Sushant was using the SIM card. With the death of the Chichore actor, everyone is asking for the CBI investigation. The Bollywood is divided and the new phase is yet to come soon.
Satish Maneshinde who is currently looking into Rhea’s case is a popular criminal lawyer, who was appointed as the special public prosecutor (SPP) in the Palghar lynching case. He was also Sanjay Dutt’s lawyer in the 1990 Mumbai bomb blast case and has been Salman Khan’s lawyer as well.
Sushant’s death left hundreds of question behind. Each day, new twists and turns are being reported. Sushant Singh Rajput found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. Its almost more than a month, and still no justice to his family and fans.
