Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise: Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away leaving the entire nation in a state of shock. The actor had committed suicide at his Mumbai apartment on June 14 after which a huge controversy arose in the film industry. Mumbai police reports say that the actor was on medications for depression and anxiety as they found prescriptions at his residence.
Reports say that the Kai Po Che actor was struggling with depression for the past six months. The social media was abuzz after news of his death broke out and opened ways for debates on depression and nepotism. The actor’s family and fans are demanding an investigation for his death.
Reportedly, Sushant’s last phone call record suggests that he spoke to his close friend Mahesh Shetty before the day he committed suicide. Both the actors were like brothers, who had started their acting journey together. Mahesh on Thursday shared a heartbreaking note and mourned the loss of the actor. He wrote, “So much has been left unanswered and there’s so much more left to talk. I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again.” The actor wrote, “It’s a strange feeling… I have so much to say yet I’m speechless.
Mahesh also revealed that he and Sushant shared a close connection. He said that their relationship never required any public display of affection or validation. The actor’s last rites were performed on Monday where his family gathered for the last time to bid him farewell. As per reports, Sushant had three upcoming projects lined up apart from the release of his film Del Bechara. He was a brilliant actor and a down to earth person by heart. The actor made his debut in Bollywood with the film Kai Po Che in 2013 followed by other hits like PK, Chhichhore and MS. Dhoni among a few.
