New Delhi [India]: A book named ‘Five Days’ authored by Disha Sharma has been released by the Blue Rose Publishers Private Ltd. The book talks about mental health, relationship, self-help tips to feel rejuvenated from depressed and dull days.

Her book titled Five Days is about a low-key Mumbai-based sales manager Ayaan Senger fighting his post-marriage complications. From the financial crisis, mental health, and bad lucks, a vicious cobweb of problems formed around Ayaan Senger. Meanwhile, the experiences hallucinations and his wife Payal Senger decides to persuade him to visit various sessions of psychologist, counsellor and his native house for prayers to motivate him towards positivity.

Disappointingly, Ayaan Senger’s condition doesn’t improve. Luckily, one day he gets an important presentation that can really kick off his professional life. For this, he travels Mumbai to Khandala.

On his way to Khandala, he meets a stranger. A conversation with a stranger makes him feel rejuvenated. After multiple of questions, Ayaan realises she is a ghost and also it was a dream. What happens after it is an interesting read.

In an interview to a Book Press Word Press blog, Disha talks about her inspiration for her book.  She said, “Inspiration came from these growing problems faced by youngsters and adults who become a victim of a situation and start cursing for not acquiring good which they deserved. Plus, at the same time, there is a high rate of depression in the society, relationship problems and identity crisis, so a light-hearted motivational self-help book that can fill you with better thinking.”

On being asked about her hope from the readers that one can take away from her book, she said, “Readers should understand and learn also that for every complication in their life, the solution is hidden in knowing the cause of the problem, identifying solutions around it to make a definite approach with positivity.”

Prior to this, the author had written four books fiction psychological thriller ‘Half-Dead Paradise’, children story ‘June and Dadri Stories’, relationship fiction ‘Abhimanyu’ and self-help book ‘How To feed Your Dull Soul’ for self-published platforms like Juggernaut.com and Notion Press. Her ‘How To Feed Your Dull Soul’ was showcased at Delhi World Book Fair 2020 and Kochi International Book Fair 2020 organised by Notion Press. At Delhi World Book Fair, over 20 copies got sold.
