CBSE Board Exam 2019: Instructions to be followed by students before and during Board exams

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to conduct the upcoming Class 10 and Class final Board examinations from next month. Check the instructions to be followed during examinations.

CBSE Board Exam 2019 Guidelines: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to conduct the upcoming Class 10 and Class final Board examinations from next month and according to the latest updates from the Board, a list of rules has been prepared to follow before and during the examination in a letter to the parents of the students appearing in the board examinations. This year, more than 31 lakh candidates had registered for the upcoming board examination 2019. Students can check the important instructions noted down by the Board in the letter.

Here are the 10 important instructions to be followed by the students before and during the examinations:

  1. After downloading the admit cards for the examination, read every word on the CBSE hall ticket and follow all the instructions given in it. Parents must give their signature on it.
  2. Candidates are advised to go to the allocated exam centre a day before the start of the examination and check to be familiar to the place or the correct centre.
  3. Candidates must reach the exam centre before 9.45 am on the commencement day of exams and be seated before 10 am inside the examination hall. Students must note that they will not be permitted to enter the hall after 10 am.
  4. Students are required to wear school uniforms and also carry school ID cards.
  5. Carry all the necessary permitted stationery items in a transparent pouch.
  6. Don’t borrow stationery items from others.
  7. Candidates need to cooperate with the checking at the entrance of the Board exam centre.
  8. Candidates must not carry any banned items such as mobile phones, wallets, purses, chits or pieces of paper.
  9. Follow all necessary instructions and ensure discipline in the exam hall during the examinations.
  10. Read the question paper carefully and answer book and fill in the relevant details wherever required
