SSC Results 2020: Stenographer, Junior Hindi Translator, JE Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts Exam Result Declaration (Tentative) Date Announced

SSC Results 2020: The Staff Selection Commission has announced the tentative dates for declaring the results of Stenographer, Junior Hindi Translator, JE Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts Exam on its official website - ssc.nic.in.

SSC Results 2020: The Staff Selection Commission has released a notification mentioning the SSC Stenographer and Junior Hindi Translator tentative result date on the official website, ssc.nic.in.

According to the notice as released on the SSC’s official website, tentatively examinations of Northern Region for Stenographer Grade C & D exam 2018 will be held from September 09 and of JHT, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator exam 2019 from September 21.

Apart from this, the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination, 2019 (Paper-II) will be declared on  October 31, 2020. Along with this, the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2018 (Tier-III) will be declared on October 04, 2020. These dates are tentative, officially no dates have been announced.

Staff Selection Commission JHT 2019-20 Paper-2 was held on February 16th, 2020. A total of 1,360 candidates have been shortlisted for the final selection process. Prior to this, on January 29th, 2020, SSC had declared the result for SSC JHT 2019-20 Paper-1. It was held on November 26th, 2019. Here 1,977 candidates were declared qualified for appearing in Paper-2.

A candidate must be either:

a)      A citizen of India, or

b)      A subject of Nepal, or

c)      A subject of Bhutan, or

d)      A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or

e)    A person of an Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Therefore, the approximate marks and expected ranks are based on the answer key released by SSC.

The cut-off marks for SSC Junior Hindi Translator Paper-I examination will be released at the time of result declaration.

These are the minimum marks which a candidate should obtain to qualify for the next phase of the exam. At their discretion, candidates may fix their qualifying marks in Paper-II.
