The 'Hollaback Girl' singer Gwen Stefani surprised her husband-to-be, Blake Shelton after throwing a birthday bash for his 45th birthday celebration.

In one of the videos, ‘The Voice’ singer was left surprised moment everybody yelled ‘surprise’. His expressions show that he was not all expecting the birthday celebration as he walked the backyard of the house. He walked around the backyard and took seconds to understand what’s all was going on.
When Gwen shouted that it’s your birthday with a smile, he realised the whole purpose of celebration. Gwen captioned the video as “Celebrating my besties b’day today love you Blake Shelton,” and added a hashtag of favourite country singer.
In another video, everybody can be singing ‘Happy Birthday’. Blake started talking to a person who was wearing a costume of Superman. The backyard was decorated with big balloons reading, ‘Happy B’day Blake’.
Blake and Gwen got engaged in October 2020 after five years of dating.
They first met when they were shooting The Voice. Blake disclosed his relationship during a show on May 3, 10-year anniversary special. Blake explained that people were questioning form him all time. ‘the best factor about the show is that since my fiancee is here for that only he used to come here.
When Gwen made her debut during season 7 in 2014, the pair were with different people: the ‘Sweet Escape’ singer was married to Gavin Rossdale, and Blake was hitched with Miranda Lambert. However, when Gwen got came in season nine in 2015, they discovered themselves as single. He said that they were connected deeply while coping with their recent break-ups.
Blake said during the anniversary special, said that had someone told him back in 1996 that Gwen Stefani would be his girlfriend, he would have laughed out of the room. He would have thought that people have gone crazy. He almost bust out laughing, saying how ridiculous it is.
