Parth Samthaan tests positive for Coronavirus. The actor is now home quarantined.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay reboot actor, Parth Samthaan tested positive for Coronavirus. The shoot of the television serial has been paused since Anurag Basu was tested positive. The cast and crew members have been asked to undergo tests.
Parth took to Twitter confirming his situation and urged everyone who came in his contact to do tests. He informed that he is home quarantined and further thanked the BMC for their support.
The producers of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Balaji Telefilms, informed various stakeholders that one of their actor from the show tested positive for Coronavirus, by issuing a statement. The statement stated that the ”talent is receiving medical attention.” Their prime focus is now to help Parth, and other cast and crew members.

They informed that the production house is taking all the necessary precautions mentioned in the guidelines and considering that they were and will continue to follow all the protocols set by the authorities. From social distancing, hygiene, travel and visits to set everything will be taken care of.
The statement given by the production house has been shared by Ekta Kapoor on her Instagram account. She wrote, “All necessary precautions being taken, SOPs being followed. Health & safety comes first to us all at Balaji. Take care. Jai Mata Di!”

A Spotboy on the set informed that the actor was not present on Sunday for the shoot, after he was found with symptoms of Coronavirus on Saturday morning. His co-stars of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, female lead, Pooja Banerjee, playing the role of Nivedita Basu and Shubhavi Choksey, Mohini Basu are asked to undergo tests.
Officials from the BMC arrived at the set and Pooja revealed, “Yes there is test happening and I’m on set right now.”
Parth Samthaan, on June 27, took his Instagram account and posted a BTS of the shoots with the captain, “Back to Shoot after 3 months. Back to normalcy ! #unlockindia.” In a photo he posted, it can be seen that the crew has taken the guise very seriously, and following all the protocols.
Parth fans are waiting and praying for his heath, so that he can come up with the upcoming projects. He worked in shows like Best Friends Forever and Kaisi Yeh Yaariyaan from where he got fame. In his upcoming projects he will play a gangster in the ALT Balaji web series Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu.
