From being an actress to becoming a Princess, Meghan Markle achieved the unthinkable, and it is now revealed that she dreamt of being the President of the United States after she met Prince Harry, but her larger than life dream is yet to come true.
A Royal insider revealed that the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, reportedly told one of her close friends in America that her ”ultimate ambition” was to be President one day and the revelations came after she began dating the love of her life, Prince Harry.
Richard Eden, a royal commentator, revealed to the MailPlus that Meghan’s achievements at such a young age inspires people to achieve their dreams and stated that he wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up occupying the White House someday in the future.
Despite the chances of her grabbing power might be slim, Eden didn’t completely rule out her prospects saying her winning the election to the top most office would be ”extraordinary.”
“A very good source said even after Meghan had started going out with Prince Harry she had said that her ultimate ambition was to be president. It seems to be increasingly likely and what a fascinating prospect it would be. It would be absolutely extraordinary if it did happen and totally unprecedented.”
Meghan Takes Bold Moves & Challenges Authority
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry sent shockwaves across the globe when they announced they would step down as royals and lead a normal life away from the privy eyes of the media along with their son Archie, which they eventually did and moved out of the Buckingham Palace.
The couple sat down with Oprah for a tell-all interview that opened up a can of worms against the royal family as Meghan revealed that royals are a bunch of racists who discussed not to give Archie the title of a Prince as his skin color might be dark and all of this happened much before he was born.
However, would that same boldness of standing up for oneself and questioning authority would lead her to the White House in the future is debatable. Eden stated that no matter which direction she takes, Meghan’s life will always be seen through the prism of the royal palace and that can bring down her ambition of being President someday.
”Everything that they do, their identities are shaped by the royal family and I do not see how that could ever not be the case,” he told the MailPlus and still gave hope to her dreams saying, ”If she was to become President their legacy would be completely different.”
Also, just recently, satirical site The Babylon Bee poked fun at Meghan Markle’s presidential ambitions saying if she can’t handle the pressures of being a Princess, how can she handle the pressures of the job of being the President of the United States.
