AHSEC has notified that classes for students will be conducted through the online model until the situation gets normal.

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has released a notification announcing that classes for the students who have been promoted from Class 11 to HS final year will start from May 15, 2021.
Amid the prevailing COVID-19 situation, AHSEC said that classes will be conducted through the online model until the situation gets normal.
“This is for information of all concerned that in view of the present pandemic situation, the classes of the H.S. 2. year students, who were promoted from Higher Secondary First Year Class to Second year Class, will be started from 15 May 2021,” stated the notification released by AHSEC.

AHSEC has directed the respective heads of the institutions to ensure the commencement of online classes with the help of the faculty members.
The education council has urged teachers of the respective subjects to adopt a practical approach towards online teaching take initiative to ensure the mental health and hygiene of the students.
“It Is hoped that all concerned will pay personal attention on the matter,” the notice further stated.
