Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar to star in 'Bala'
Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar’s last film Shubh Mangal Savdhan was a hit in the Box office and once again the two are set to set fire on the screens with their chemistry online, as per reports in a leading daily. Their next film is all set to bring a new flavour to the audience this time and reports say that the title of the film is “BALA”. In the film, actor Ayushman Khurrana will step into the character of a prematurely balding guy while Bhumi will be seen as a small-town girl with dusky complexion.
Moreover, the film is going to be directed by none other than Amar Kaushik, whose last project “Stree” was a major success in the Indian Box office. Ayushmann and Bhumi’s Bala is expected to commence its shoot from March 2019 while the release date has been scheduled for September next year. The film is being produced by Dinesh Vijan talked about the plot and said that the film focuses on the reality of life where people usually get attracted to outward beauty and hardly try to find out the inner quality of a person. The producer also revealed that the character of Ayushmann and Bhumi is relatable to this plot.
Meanwhile, the producer Dinesh also said that he is pretty much excited to collaborate with both Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar for the first time and breaking the silence over the character’s look in the film he also emphasised that they would get the best people from the west for this business. So, for the fans of Ayushmann and Bhumi, it’s good news that the onscreen couple is on the run to serve another blockbuster with much anticipation.
