Baahubali fame Prabhas will be seen working on a project with Tanhaji director Om Raut and one of the top producers of the film fraternity T-Series. Saaho fame Prabhas announced his latest work through an Instagram post.
The 40-year-old actor will be teaming up with Bollywood director Om Raut for his 22nd film and it’s going to be a big-budget multilingual project titled as “Adipurush”. Taking to his social handle on Tuesday, Prabhas shared the title poster of the film which comes with the caption “Celebrating Victory of Good Over Evil” and wrote “Celebrating the victory of good over evil!”
Details and genre of the film is not yet revealed. But we can say that it will prove to be another step of success in Prabhas career. In the title poster, glimpses of Lord Hanuman can be seen and considering ‘Tanhaji’, the previous box-office outing of Om Raut, an epic 3D period actioner seems to be on the cards for the Baahubali superstar. According to reports, a popular Bollywood actor will be locking horns with Prabhas in this magnum opus.
On the work front, Prabhas is prepping up to wrap the remaining portions of ‘Radhe Shyam’ after the on-going COVID-19 crisis comes to an end. Touted to be a period drama, the Radha Krishna Kumar directorial is set against the backdrop of Paris in the 1920s and the protagonist will reportedly be seen as a fortune-teller. Post Radhe Shyam, he will join hands with ‘Mahanati’ director for a multilingual project.
Touted to be a first-of-its-kind sci-fi drama set within the backdrop of a third war , the pre-production works of the big-budget project are expected to kick-off soon and Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been roped in as the leading lady opposite the ‘Saaho’ star.
