Dulce Franco Reveals The Most Embarrassing Moment She Faced At The Gym

Model and fitness freak Dulce Franco reveals her workout regime and shares her most embarrassing moments she faced at the gym.

Dulce Franco religiously works out at the gym six days a week.

Philippines based Australian model Dulce France trains extensively at the gym and her uncompromising fitness regime keeps her fit as a fiddle. Her blood, sweat and tears ultimately paid off as she was qualified to be a Personal Trainer in Perth, and is now blessed with a body to die for and shares her workout regime on her social media handles.

During an exclusive interview with The News Pit, Dulce revealed one of the most embarrassing moments she faced at the gym and didn’t realise until someone came ahead and pointed it out. She revealed that she split her leggings during a workout and had continued with her regime not knowing she suffered from a wardrobe malfunction.

‘’The funniest thing that happened to me during squatting weight (70Kg) is that I split my leggings which was very embarrassing and I wasn’t aware until someone had told me,’’ she said with a hearty laugh.

Here’s How Dulce Franco Starts Her Day At The Gym

Dulce begins her day at 2:45 am every morning, hits the gym and meditates before going to bed.

Dulce revealed she wakes up at 2.45 am every morning and gets ready to hit the gym by starting off with her per-workout drink, match her outfit with her shoes and head to the gym. After her workouts, she meditates for a while and hits the bed.

‘’I wake up at 2:45 am every morning to get ready to go to the gym,’’ she said and continued, ‘’this involves taking a pre-workout drink to get me going and then getting into my outfit and matching shoes to head off to the gym. I normally sit and meditate for a while before going to bed.’’

Dulce’s workout regime is different every day with a set of routines from cardio to quads and glutes and only takes a break on a Sunday and spends close to 60 or 90 minutes at the gym depending on the day.

‘’I train 6 times a week with set routines for each day like Monday Glutes, Tuesday Upper Body, Wednesday HIIT Cardio and Core, Thursday Quads, Friday Upper Body and Saturday Hamstring and Core. Each day’s workout generally takes between 60-90 minutes depending on the day.’’

Model Transformed Into A Fitness Freak

Dulce Franco is one among the most sought after model in both the Philippines and Australia and commands a sea of followers online from all around the world. Her transformation by a sultry model to a fitness freak is commendable and something to look out for.

‘’During my modelling, it became obvious that to keep improving I needed to become more active with regards to my fitness,’’ she said and continued, ‘’working out and toning up has been a great benefit to my modelling, especially now that I have become a qualified Personal Trainer.’’

Brisk Walking Vs Running

Running and Brisk Walking helps in reducing blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

Dulce revealed that brisk walking and running are the key to a healthy lifestyle and doing one among these two will take you a long way in having a fit body and help reduce blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

‘’It is important to keep exercising and stay fit to ensure better health and well being. Brisk walking is a great cardio activity to help reduce high blood pressure and the risk of diabetes. Running, of course, is a much more challenging activity, and is considered a vigorous-intensity workout. Walking and Running both offer many of the same advantages.’’

Dule thanked the nation of Australia for giving her a better lifestyle and opportunities to pursue her dreams that drastically improved her life. “It (Australia) has made me realize how lucky I am to be living in a country with so much opportunity to improve my life.’’

Dulce’s Message To Fans During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Dulce updates her gym selfies almost every single day on her social media stories.

Dulce sent out a message to all her fans to stay safe and healthy during the pandemic and urged them to start working out and taking care of their bodies. ‘’Always remember to stay safe and keep active at all times, it doesn’t matter what level you are at.

‘’Starting slow and building up your routine is the most important thing. The secret is to never give up and always do your best at whatever you do. Use your smile to change the world and stay positive,’’ she summed it up.
