Pradeep Singh tops UPSC CSE Exam 2019

UPSC Civil Services Result 2019: The Union Public Service Commission or UPSC has announced the UPSC CSE Exam Result today and Pradeep Singh from Haryana has topped the exam. Pradeep Singh comes from Sonepat district and he appeared in the UPSC Civil services exam 2019. The UPSC results for Civil Service were declared on Tuesday. Pradeep had cleared the UPSC civil services exam last year as well and is reportedly undergoing training as an IRS (Indian Revenue Service) Officer at Faridabad in Haryana.

A total of 829 candidates have been selected to various Civil Services through the 2019 edition of the exam. The final result is available on the official website of UPSC. UPSC conducts the Civil Services exam every year for the selection of candidates to Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and Other Central Services.

The Civil Services exam 2020 was scheduled to be held on May 31. The exam has been rescheduled to October 4 in view of the coronavirus crisis. This year a total of 829 candidates have been selected for various posts of IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS, etc. The final results is released on the basis of the preliminary exam followed by the main exam and interview

Based on the result of the written part of Civil Services Examination, 2019 held by the UPSC, candidates have been recommended for appointment to Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’. The exam was held in September 2019 and the interviews for Personality Test held between February and August 2020, according to the UPSC website.

UPSC helpline for candidates: Candidates can obtain any information or clarification regarding their examinations or recruitments on the working days between 10:00 AM to 5 PM in person or over telephone Nos. 23385271 / 23381125 / 23098543. The result will also be available on the U.P.S.C. website i.e. http//www.upsc.gov.in. Marks will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of Result.
