Ever since the BJP-led government has come to power in Assam, it is leaving no stone unturned to enhance the road connectivity in the region by initiating significant road projects.

Notably, throughout the road projects, BRO has played a vital role in increasing the growth of the nation’s prosperity. From the beginning, it is constantly working towards constructing smooth and lasting roads, tunnels, and other infrastructure in rural places. Not just that it has made it possible to reach the inaccessible terrains of the country.

In its manifesto, it’s written that the ruling party has undergone an unparalleled upgrade in the past five years. It has observed the connection of 91 per cent of villages with rural roads, electrification of 100 per cent of villages, and operation of 36 new airports.
